Project Description

The subject of the project is the implementation on the market of a group investment service in residential and commercial real estate and joint management of their rental. The target group of the service will be individual investors on the residential and commercial real estate market. The service will be provided via an IT system that will be created as part of the project on our order by an external supplier. The goals of our project are:
1) Introduction to the Polish and foreign market (mainly Great Britain) services for group investment in residential and commercial real estate and joint management of their rental
2) Offering an innovative and competitive service in the long term
3) Obtaining and maintaining at least 0.17% share in demand in the target group at the end of the 3 year durability period.
The service will enable planning, carrying out and accounting for group investments on the real estate market, including by sharing investments among many people, accounting for group investments from the revenue and cost side, assigning tasks to partners
and verification of their implementation, support in making group decisions, generating documents, analyzes and statements necessary for group investments (all system functionalities are described in detail in the Annex Competitiveness and demand analysis).
The project provides for one main task of implementing on the market an innovative group investment service in residential and commercial real estate and joint management of their rental, targeted at the target group of individual investors on the residential and commercial real estate market, provided via an IT system.
